#104 - Six Days Later...

 Hello everybody! Turns out, it's been almost a week since I last made a post. I've been really distracted by stuff. One of the things I've been working on is the Modded Superflat Survival World. I've been going all-out for the past couple of weeks in order to hopefully make the E150 deadline of this Friday. It's currently looking like I'll have to get one more bonus episode in as the finale, which'll probably be no later than June 2nd. Dealing with resources and equipment on the scale I need takes a lot of time to construct, maintain, and process what it needs.

Last Thursday, I visited a television network studio. We saw some pretty cool equipment and sets they had. I left home Wednesday night and got home Friday night- the tour was Thursday evening but there was other stuff to get to while away from home. One of the things I did was read Jurassic Park. I started Thursday and finished yesterday (Sunday). Today, I started reading The Lost World and also rewatched the first Jurassic Park movie. My goshness, the book was much darker and the second half was very different from the movie. And I was already made aware to me that The Lost World is very different than the movie, even more than the first book.

Last Tuesday I had lunch with a real-world acquaintance again. I then helped clean her car and paid enough for nearly a full tank of gas. We are likely to hang out again on Thursday, then the weekend is supposed to be a train day that I'm hoping to attend with her as well. It's not the RailGiants museum, but I'm still looking forward to seeing what they have. I can't remember if I said on here that June 10th and 11th is the next time that the RailGiants museum will be open, free to the public.

I was listening to Gaming Mix today while working on the MSFS world and writing this post. My goshness, a lot of the videos uploaded by Maikel6311 invoke a certain kind of nostalgia. It kind of reminds me of the early days of Gaming Mix, but if Gaming Mix was from 5 years earlier. I came to this realization while getting through a big chunk of Maikel6311 videos that have been added to Gaming Mix. I am currently hearing The Power of Pleasure, which is currently #36 in the live playlist but is #826 overall. I wanted to go through the live playlist again so it has some sort of imprint of the current songs. One day, over the span of multiple days, I'll go through all of Gaming Mix again in the archive order.
