Summary of the Everyday Xelanater

 Hello everybody! I was saying a long while back how 2.5, 5, 7.5, and 10 are all good numbers. Greffen said that 7.5 is overrated though. You better believe I'll be calling him out when I reach 750 subs though. Currently, I'm at 745 so I don't think it'll be too much longer until I reach it. Alright, rant over. Today I went to my friend's house so that more artwork for the animation can be done. A grand total of 5 shots have been mostly completed. All the background stuff will be next. The important part is getting Protag drawn. We ended up talking a bit about the original Quickwrite though. I did some reading of his story since it has been so long since I have. Other than that, I read more of The Pictorial Encyclopedia of Railways, played Doom 64, streamed more Minecraft, and got up to episode 20 of Fruits Basket. With only 6 episodes left, I intend to finish it tomorrow. I'll need to do another Staples run when I can. We need eraser caps and 0.7 lead. Staples ...

 Hello everybody! It's been moderately sunny over here for the past several days or so, but it rained again this morning and is likely to rain some more later tonight and tomorrow. Not much else to talk about for today, it was mostly quiet. I succeeded in getting through the first 13 episodes of the original Fruits Basket by a decent time in addition to playing more Half-Life 1 VR and my usual stream. I also played a little bit more of Doom 64. Tomorrow, I am unlikely to get to the next 13 episodes because I plan on working more on my animation with my friend. Minecast episodes 5 and 66 were publically shared again, so that's good news. That means that I now have all 3 of the confirmed-existing episodes. I really, really hope that more episodes are still out there though. :/ It's up to other folks from Omniarchive to try to find them though. I'm not that good with reaching out to others.  Hello everybody! Since yesterday, things with Milli and Aly haven't really gotten worse from what I can tell. Aly will need time to herself though. I suspect they are no longer in a relationship because Aly lost the Wife role on Milli's server. I hope that one day things work out better though. I'm betting that Aly will choose to stick around for a long time, as she said multiple times. I will keep that hope. As for me, this morning was mainly to see what carried over from yesterday's conflicts. But after that, today was good. I was able to have lunch with the close acquaintance I talked about. It was nice to see her once again. First, we went to In-N-Out. To my big surprise, she paid for my food as well. Not very gentlemanly of me but she was the instigator of that.  Hello everybody! I'd like to recap my activities since the last post. First, I have been consuming a lot of Fruits Basket. So much, in fact, that as of today I concluded the third season. I'll be watching the movie tomorrow and potentially starting the original series. I am still keeping track of how I feel per each segment. Other than Fruits Basket, I finished Doom II on the Switch and have started Doom 64. I wanted to get to the classic-style games before getting to 3, 2016, and Eternal. Today was my usual stream and yesterday after church I did not continue my binging of Fruits Basket. I relaxed and listened to some music that I have on CDs. And Saturday was the Omniarchive photo event of sorts. However, there is nothing that can be said until December 2024 at the latest. Yes, you read that right.  Hello everybody! Yesterday ended late for me because I committed to finishing the Fruits Basket 1st Season and today I hammered through 10 episodes of the 2nd Season. Both days had my usual stream and today I had to drop by the post office to pick up a package of CDs because I didn't answer the door when they first tried to deliver. The songs I specifically wanted were Omna Magni  from Aquarion, 0  from Estab-Life, and Friend Shitai  from School-Live. Concerning that last entry, I acquired the CD/DVD release for the song. The DVD features the official music video for it and a 15-minute making-of video. Yesterday also involved some more game development and I pushed out another update to WBTA. Late night on the 22nd, which was Wednesday, I had a really good talk with someone. Person #3, who they were.  Hello everybody! Good thing that I got a head start on Fruits Basket yesterday. Today, I only watched four episodes. Completing 14 episodes in two days is right on track with what I want to be. Tomorrow might not be Animation Day because my friend woke up today with a cold. :/ But if that is the case, then I might  be able to squeeze 11 episodes in tomorrow and finish the first season. :D Then Friday would mean that I start season 2. My other activities today involved my usual MSFS stream, working some more on WBTA, and chilling in a Discord call. It started with person #3 doing some spring cleaning in their room and hanging with a few other folks.  Hello everybody! Do you play the games of video? If the answer is sey spelled backward then I highly recommend you play Portal and its direct sequel when you can. Only then will you understand the title of today's post. Indirect and oddball intro out of the way, you can throw everything I said about Fruits Basket yesterday out the door. I proceeded to watch the first ten episodes today because everyone canceled for the family lunch. And I realized that Wednesdays are usually dedicated to working on Quickwrites and Thursdays are generally dedicated to working on the animation. Therefore, I have revised a brand new game plan. I want to finish the four seasons and movie in three weeks, which means I'd be done by April 7th. To pull this off, I'd need to accomplish at least 6 or 7 episodes every day from now until then except for Saturdays and Sundays.  Hello everybody! Today is the day that I beat 50/20 legitimately on When Bad Things Arrive. Oh mai Notch that was absolutely chaotic. I was jumping around, waving my flashlight all over the place, clicking on bad guys when they started doing stuff and sometimes flipping though the camera quickly in order to zap some things. Honestly though, I've earned it. After about four and a half years of working on the game, I finally beat it for myself. Well... at least the starting point. I'm not going to spoil what lies ahead after beating 50/20, but note that it earns one star on the main menu. There are five more to collect. 👀One of those is beating all challenges though. Other than taking the time to actually play WBTA in order to verify any potential gameplay bugs and set a high bar for next time Pie Master J plays it, today involved my usual stream and getting through the Making Fiends web series. Today was a regular Sunday that involved attending church, a wee bit of working on When Bad Things Arrive (but mostly playing it), sharing more emails with Lura, and playing some Minecraft Beta 1.3_01. I was supposed to keep the Modded Superflat Survival World open for several hours this weekend, but that did not happen. -_- Hopefully I'll do it tomorrow for the stream. I was also conversing on a Discord call with one with one of the folks I got to know better after their "attempt." At one point, they said that they hated adults with a passion.  Hello everybody! If you don't know the reference of today's post title, it's from the Polar Express. It was toward the end-ish and spoken by one of the elves. I say it often when I am talking about going to the next activity or location. Yesterday was "Wear Green or Get Pinched" Day. I didn't know it was until someone I conversed with brought it up. When every day feels like an endless summer vacation (flashbacks to watching Haruhi and Endless Eight) I have lost track of holidays. Being home six days a week, what do I really need holidays for? I'm not taking a break from anything. I do aim to get rest on Sundays though. Unless I just relax on Saturday, which I try to be productive on Sunday after church.  Hello everybody! We are back at it again with the wholly lighthearted posts. The first order of business is that this is post #64 and if you've been playing at any point Minecraft since the Indev days, then you know that 64 is the max stack size for most items. Today I completed the tunes for the Global Music function of WBTA. What name did I go for the music track? I came up with the name at night and somehow managed to remember it in the morning. My latest music track is officially called Musically Global. ... Yes, I am cereal. It's already done and in the game, so nobody can judge me. :p When I say "in the game" I am referring to the 2.2.0 update that was released today for Windows, Linux, and Android.  Hello everybody. On Friday, a fourth person I know attempted to end their life. Doing what I had done twice before, I sent the same message. I never got a direct response back. However, I know they are still with us today because they have continued sending messages on the Discord server and I think also have been in group calls since. For that, I give thanks. But I do not give thanks that over the span of exactly two weeks, four different people I know attempted to end their life. I know there was a reason though. It took me a couple of days afterward, but in my regular nighttime conversation with God, it was revealed to me the reason. I might have said here before, but I am a very, very  stubborn person. In order for Him to get my attention, then something big would need to occur. This past week in particular was such an occasion. So what was He trying to get my attention with?  Hello everybody. I know I have not been keeping up with these posts as much. Last time, I talked about how I talked with someone who was considering ending their own life. They did not go through with it and I was able to have a short conversation with them. Once confident that they would be alright for the time being, I went to bed. Then in the morning, I woke up to messages of someone else I knew who was also thinking about it. By the time I saw the message, an hour had passed since it was sent. Getting flashbacks to just the night before, I sent the same message I sent in hopes that they too would not go through with it. "I'd like to thank you for being here today." I'm in a Discord server with a bunch of folks I barely know. Yesterday, I was in a VC with one of the folks because they were bored. I was playing Bonelab and they were watching TV during the time. We didn't talk about many things but this was our first 1-on-1 conversation. I believe God set it up for today. Today, they sent in a vent channel on the server that they had finally quit and would be the end [end their life]. My instinct was to pray.  Hello everybody! I've been cracking down real hard on getting the 2.0 update for When Bad Things Arrive ready, only to delay it another week because I want to actually add a few new features and remaster the main menu music. The original release was only in mono and I want proper stereo and surround sound versions. Oh man though, I was supposed to release it Friday because I finished it on Thursday. But then I played it and realized that a few things actually didn't work. Not only was I mainly bug fixing for the last few weeks, but I had even more things occur over the past couple of days. Oy. Other than game development, I've been keeping up with my usual streams. Yesterday was episode 100 and it was a 3-hour stream because I journeyed to the End and established the End Way, or whatever I called it. I also have caught up through Evangelion 3.33.
