#125 - It's Been a Year

Hello everybody! It has officially passed a whole year since I started this blog. I would say "yay" but that means I should have over 350 posts by now... As y'all see, I have less than half. I've been quite busy with real-world stuff, primarily helping my cousin get her house clean an empty in preparation for the move out of there. I've also gotten more done on 400 Tiny Books and the Stories Within... but kind of hit a standstill at 259 total entries right now. My last one was from December 20- it's already been a week. :/ I'm sure I'll get back to it soon, I still want the main 400 entries completed by next July and it's still feasible to hit that amount. I have 194 days to go and only 141 entries left. Ready for April Fool's Day? I'm working on it, despite having four months to go. I aim to release at least 12 videos that day- one at every hour. It'll be hilarious to me to have so many videos release on the same day. :P I started on ...

#124 - Stories to be Told

Hello everybody! I was last here on October 2, eh? Oh boy... 400 Tiny Books and the Stories Within is coming along quite nicely. We are at 209 out of 400 Tiny Books completed. I released another Population: Xelanater entry titled Team Treen't Origins. Today was Thanksgiving and not only did I have lunch at my sister's place, I also finished reading The Complete Stories of Flannery O'Connor. Oh boy, you can tell that her writings are definitely from a long time ago. They are no longer deemed culturally appropriate by modern-day standards. Anyway, I have also seen the following anime: FLCL: Grunge Black Bullet FLCL: Shoegaze Vampire Knight Vampire Knight: Guilty Tesla Note And another re-watch of Waiting in the Summer First, I'll talk about FLCL. The original series is unlike any other anime you will ever come across. It is the best definition of "absolutely outrageous" in the most literal sense. The next season produced, Progressive, I also enjoyed. A lot of f...

#123 - The Crashy Version

Hello everybody! I've been moderately busy with stuff, a lot of it was the animation. Yesterday, Sunday the 1st is likely to be the last time I see L, my church acquaintance. Well, for the foreseeable future that is. The animation turned out well and it was successfully delivered on Saturday. She said it was nice and thanked me. Yesterday after church I was able to get a few pictures with her before leaving. I also asked for any other thoughts about the animation. One of the lines in it was something like "You kind of remind me of me, but I could never pinpoint what it was." L said she had the exact same thoughts. My prediction was right. This past Wednesday through Saturday, I was at my great-grandma's house helping my cousin with cleaning. We were able to get done most of the stuff on her to-do list. In my free time though, I've been playing FNaF on the Switch. I ordered the Core Collection on eBay, which is the first five games. Man, the mobile ports are bette...

#122 - Animation Station

Hello everybody! I've been working on a lot of miscellaneous stuff. There are really only a couple of things I'll share more about than just a mention. So, what have I been up to? I've read So Long, and Thanks for All the Fish , Young Zaphod Plays it Safe , and Mostly Harmless . I have seen the 1981 series and 2005 movie for The Hitchhiker's Guide  as well as My Senpai is Annoying , Panzer Dragoon , and Old  (2021). At long last, I also finally watched the last two OVAs for Black Jack . I even picked up the manga for Patema Inverted  despite not being able to read it (beyond the three chapters that were translated online). I've been working on 400 Tiny Books and the Stories Within . We are now at six contributors and 49 entries. My current estimation was that we will be done in about 18 months. My current stream series playing Infdev+ is still going on, with still mostly sticking to two streams a weekday. It is a little tiring though, but I think I'm starting t...

#121 - Welcome to Megurigoaka!

Hello everybody! I worked a wee bit more on my Minecraft Megurgoaka map because I also recorded and edited an update video for it right after. I may have tried a little too hard on some of the jokes, but whatever. The video was completed- that's the important part. It'll go live tomorrow at 08:00, local time. This morning was a regular church day and by the time I got home, I went to work on Megurigoaka. There is nothing else I wish to talk about on here. Well, I did see some of my younger cousins again. They were happy to see me eve though they only remember the last time we met. Tomorrow, there's a chance I'll get to have lunch again with my RCA. But, we shall see if that works out. Thank you all for reading. Bye!

#120 - The LORE!!!

Hello everybody! Today, I spent about 11 and a half hours working on my Minecraft Megurigoaka map. Enriquedem has put quite a lot of time into the city on there as well, so big props to him. Anyway, I needed background noise while working- and a lot of it. So what did I just listen to for hours on end? Video essays involving FNaF. Icebergs, history, and storytelling was the majority of it. I would not be surprised if I dreamed about animatronic bears tonight. Earlier, quite a fascinating experience occurred to me and someone I'll name Cosmonaut. No, she's not Russian, but it's based on her Discord name. Anyway, I was just chilling in Milli's Discord server when I saw a ping come from there: more specifically the main text channel. Cosmonaut asked "Are you actually the real Xelanater?" You see, I have "I am the real Xelanater!" posted in the bio of just about every account online you will fin me in. I've been using it for years, based on a certai...

#119 - My Throat Hurts

Hello everybody! I thought I'd try out two streams a day for a little bit to milk my viewers of watchtime and  because I've started playing the Infdev+ mod made by a guy called Method. Infdev is my favorite era of Minecraft and now I get to enjoy that takes the gameplay and features further along with a bunch of minor improvements that came to vanilla over the years. On Monday I finished The Restaurant at the End of the Universe  so now I'm reading Life, the Universe, and Everything . The original FNaF game turned nine years old yesterday and Ultimate Minecraft Polyworld  turned two today. Not much else to report on for this week. Honestly, I'll probably go back to just one stream a day after this week. Four hours of streaming every day made my throat hurt. I still talk to my RCA frequently, Lura remains in Albania until the end of August, and one of my four friends has been responding to me more frequently. There's really not much else I want to report. Thank you ...
