#061 - How to Save a Life

 Hello everybody. Ending with a . now means that the post is more serious than usual. Tomorrow I will likely talk about my today and yesterday more.

I'm in a Discord server with a bunch of folks I barely know. Yesterday, I was in a VC with one of the folks because they were bored. I was playing Bonelab and they were watching TV during the time. We didn't talk about many things but this was our first 1-on-1 conversation. I believe God set it up for today.

Today, they sent in a vent channel on the server that they had finally quit and would be the end [end their life]. My instinct was to pray. I considered just straight-up pressing the Discord call button but just could not do it. I sat there with Discord open continually pleading with God that their time on Earth would not end today. Over an hour passed and there was no new message from them. I wrestled with the idea that if I called earlier then things could've been alright but I just didn't know. A new idea popped into my head. I wanted to directly send a message, which would be my first. It was one message.

"I'd like to thank you for being here today."

I sat and waited some more. Not even a minute passed before they sent another message in the vent channel that they had failed. Immediately after, they responded to me that they were happy someone sent a message among other things. We continued the short DM conversation a bit starting from there.

When I saw the message, I gave thanks to God that they can still be with us. He heard my prayer and I acted how He wanted, I believe. Was it coincidence that they said something right after I sent a message? I don't know what their plan was, so the timing could have been coincidental. Truthfully, I do not know if I was the direct cause or not, but tonight I can rest well knowing that the Lord has provided.

 Hello everybody! Looks like I'm back at it again writing another post. Know what I've been doing? Listening to old Minecraft songs and parodies, primarily from 2012-2014. #135 - The Lor(e) Party

 Hello everybody! I was recently gifted a copy of The Lost Subways of North America , which I've been wanting to acquire for a while. It's a great book, but my Notch it gets tiring to hold because of how large it is. I was gifted it around the same time as Look Who's Back  and  Evangelion 3.0 + 1.11 . With that aside, time to update y'all on my Content Warning DVD. I haven't started it yet  but I do at least have all the videos ready to go, including one to be used for the main menu background. Hopefully I get to play more tomorrow (more on that later) but anything new will be added to the next DVD, alongside some other recordings that didn't have to be on the first disc. I've still be playing some Crab Champions, but not as much. I have this one run that's been going a good 16 hours or so and oh boy, I'm looking forward to starting something new at this point. #132 - Capes Galore

 Hello everybody! Today Mojang started bringing over Bedrock Edition exclusive capes to Java. Currently, the Founders and Pan Cape were copied with the possibility of the Progressive Cape as well. It'd be nice if they also brought Java capes over to Bedrock because I would like if my Minecon 2016 were available on Bedrock. We shall see as time passes and more capes roll out. Anyway, I've been working a lot on my silly little triangle game. I finally bit the bullet and implemented community level loading. It took a whole lot of logical reasoning and going through every possible solution of what didn't  work. Eventually, I was able to export the level of the dedicated editor project and load that level in the main game itself. Now that the system works, I'll be able to take advantage of the Steam Workshop in the future so that people can easily share or download through there.
